The Louisville Game Shop

Players of Warmachine and Hordes can bring in their forces and play. This is a great time for people who are curious about these games to come and learn how to play.

Every other Sunday is Warhammer Sunday at The Louisville Game Shop. The playing area will be open for Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 players. Informal Bring and Battles are encouraged. Starts at 1:00

April 22nd is the release day for Hordes! Hordes is a new Miniature Wargame from Privateer Press, the creators of Warmachine. The Louisville Game Shop will be hosting a special event on release day. The purchase of a Hordes Warpack Box gets you into the “Build and Battle” Tournament.
Competitors in the Build and Battle Tournament will build the contents of their Warpack boxes in the shop, and use them to play that day. There will be paticipation prizes and other giveaways, as well as champion coins for the top placers in the tournament, gold-foil champion cards for the overall winner, and the grand prize will be a hardcover copy of the Hordes rulebook, Hordes: Primal, signed by the game’s creative team.
Demonstrations of this new game will be going on all day.
The Tournament will begin at 1:00 in the afternoon and last till 6:00. Players may join the Tournament at any time, but those who want to get the most games in are encouraged to show up before 1:00 to buy and build their Warpacks.

Board Game Night is an open gaming night focused on board games and non-collectible card games. Any and all board game enthusiasts are invited to come down and use the play area. Although a few copies of board games are provided by the store, you are encouraged to bring your favorite games to share with other gamers. 6:00 to 8:00

Raw Deal Raw Draft Tournament. $3 Entry fee.

For all the miniature painters out there. Whether you are an old hand or just starting out, it’s always a little more fun to paint with other people around. Some brushes and paints and various supplies will be provided by the store. Bring your own miniature(s) and other supplies.
From 6:00 to 8:00.

Every other Sunday, Warmachine players are invited to the store to meet and play Warmachine. This is a great time for new players to come by and learn the game.

Players of any and all miniature wargames are invited to use the shop’s playing area on this day! There’s lots of tables, lots of terrain, and lots of room. Warhammer, Warlord, Warmachine, whatever. Come out and play.
