The Louisville Game Shop

A Warmachine/Hordes tournament for new players only! There is no entry fee, players only need to bring a 350 point army. The tournament will start at 12 and will last until 6 or 6:30. The winner will receieve special “champion” Gold cards.

An all-day 40k mega-battle! This battle will start at 1:00 and go until the fight is over or the store closes. All 40k players are welcome to show up and join in the ultimate battle of the summer’s “Purgatorio Campaign”. The battle will have up to 20 players, each bringing a 1000-point army. Players should show up before 12:30 in order to assure adequate set-up time. This Mega-battle will have specific rules and army-building options, so players who have not played in the Purgatorio Campaign should contact the shop so they can learn the special rules.

A quick, hands-on session to show you how easy it is to build your own terrain for games. When you are finished, you will have a low barricade, perfect for providing cover to your troops in any miniature war game. The total work time will be about 30 minutes; though if you want to use the provided paints, you will need to wait as long as few hours for some of the materials to dry before finishing. You are welcome to build the piece and take it with you to paint later or bring some troops and play a skirmish while you wait. As always, the Louisville Game Shop will have open game tables and terrain for your use.
